1. General
By accessing and using the EDENE Jewellery website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website. EDENE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products & Pricing
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. EDENE reserves the right to update pricing, modify or discontinue products without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen display differences.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and e-wallet through our secure payment gateway. Full payment must be received before order processing begins. For pre-order items, the estimated delivery timeline will be communicated at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping & Delivery
EDENE ships to addresses within Indonesia. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected. All items are shipped fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns & Exchanges
EDENE accepts returns within 7 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Custom-made and engraved items are non-returnable. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. Warranty
All EDENE jewellery comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, unauthorized modifications, or accidents. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, and trademarks, are the property of EDENE Jewellery and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
EDENE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
